To strengthen team cohesion and enhance team execution, Nanjing Kangchuanji Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team building activity under the theme "Strive for Excellence, Unite as One, Work Easily, Live Happily."

On the morning of September 17, two buses picked up employees at the subway station and the company, taking everyone to the Dragon Out scenic area. The participants were divided into eight groups, and each group worked together to select their team leader, team name, team logo, and slogan. All eight teams were full of energy and high spirits.
The styles and characteristics of each team
Under the guidance of professional coaches, team members introduced themselves, hugged one another, and got to know each other better. After the warm-up activities, the team building officially began in the form of competitive games. Instructions were sent to participants via a mobile app mini-program, with 13 tasks distributed across the Shecun scenic area, and teams were ranked by total score. While competing, participants also enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Shecun.
The essence of this team building activity was "unity." A great team is built around unity. When facing various difficulties and challenges, team cohesion, mutual care, encouragement, and tolerance all help strengthen the team's bond. In the end, Group 2 won the championship with the highest total score. Ms. Yin Lifang, General Manager of Kangchuanji, presented medals to the winning team.
At noon, colleagues gathered for a DIY barbecue. Everyone chatted, laughed, and enjoyed food and drinks together. In the afternoon, everyone had free time at the amusement park, relaxing and having fun.
This team building event tested the team's cohesion, helped members understand the shared vision of the team, recognized the relationship between team goals and company goals, and cultivated team unity. In a relaxed environment, everyone also got to know each other better.
